Alaska's agriculture is small in acreage but real in equipment. The Matanuska-Susitna Valley north of Anchorage produces hay, vegetables, and the state's famous oversized cabbages, while the Tanana Valley near Fairbanks runs grain, hay, and limited dairy. Delta Junction's barley fields, the Kenai Peninsula's small-scale dairies, and homesteads across the road system all rely on tractors built to handle short seasons and cold starts.
Tractor donations from Alaska tend to include compact Kubota and John Deere utility tractors from small-acreage operations, mid-size John Deere and Massey Ferguson hay tractors from the Mat-Su Valley, and older equipment from retired homesteads. Vintage Ford, Farmall, and Case tractors are accepted on the same terms as newer machines. Equipment that hasn't started since spring breakup is still welcome.
From large row crop tractors to compact utility units, combines to skid steers, every type of agricultural equipment donated from Alaska is accepted β running or not, with attachments or bare, stored in a field or in a barn.
TractorDonations.org coordinates Alaska pickup across the road system β Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer, the Mat-Su Valley, Fairbanks, the Kenai Peninsula, and the Richardson and Parks Highway corridors. We arrange flatbed transport sized to the equipment and to Alaska road conditions. Remote or barge-accessible locations are evaluated case by case.
Call 1-888-324-2772 or use the Alaska donation form with make, model, year, and a brief description of condition and pickup location. Most donations confirmed quickly.
