Illinois is one of the nation's two leading corn and soybean states and sits at the historic and operational heart of American row crop agriculture. The Grand Prairie running through Champaign, McLean, Iroquois, and Livingston counties anchors the state's row crop economy. Northern Illinois adds dairy and the Rockford-area specialty operations. Southern Illinois supports wheat, soybean, and the Shawnee Hills orchards. The Quad Cities area is home to John Deere's world headquarters in Moline.
Tractor donations from Illinois reflect the corn belt heavily — John Deere row crop tractors and combines from across central Illinois, Case IH high-horsepower tractors and pickers, and AGCO equipment from the larger operations. Massey Ferguson and Ford tractors from family farms come in routinely. Vintage Farmall tractors — particularly the 460, 560, and 706 series that worked Illinois fields through the 1960s and 70s — are accepted on the same terms as modern equipment.
From large row crop tractors to compact utility units, combines to skid steers, every type of agricultural equipment donated from Illinois is accepted — running or not, with attachments or bare, stored in a field or in a barn.
TractorDonations.org runs pickup across every Illinois region. Grand Prairie coverage includes Champaign, Bloomington, Decatur, and Springfield. Quad Cities routes serve Moline, Rock Island, and the western Illinois corn belt. Chicago suburbs and northern Illinois pickup runs through Rockford, Aurora, and Joliet. Southern Illinois coverage extends to Carbondale, Marion, and Cairo. Lowboy transport for larger row crop equipment.
Call 1-888-324-2772 or use the Illinois donation form with make, model, year, and a brief description of condition and pickup location. Most donations confirmed quickly.
