Free pickup · Tax receipt · Supports veterans
Massachusetts agriculture mixes specialty crops, dairy, and a strong nursery industry. The southeastern cranberry bogs — Plymouth, Bristol, and Barnstable counties — produce one of the state's iconic crops. The Connecticut River Valley through Hampshire and Franklin counties supports tobacco, vegetables, and the Pioneer Valley dairy economy. Worcester County hills run cattle and hay. The nursery and greenhouse industry concentrates around Bristol County and through the eastern part of the state.
Tractor donations from Massachusetts skew toward Kubota and John Deere compact and utility tractors common in cranberry, nursery, and small dairy operations. Massey Ferguson tractors from Pioneer Valley dairy country and older Connecticut River Valley farms come in regularly. New Holland tractors and balers from western Massachusetts hay operations are routinely donated. Vintage Ford and Allis-Chalmers tractors from Massachusetts's smaller historic farms accepted on the same terms.
From large row crop tractors to compact utility units, combines to skid steers, every type of agricultural equipment donated from Massachusetts is accepted — running or not, with attachments or bare, stored in a field or in a barn.
TractorDonations.org runs pickup across Massachusetts. Pioneer Valley routes include Northampton, Greenfield, Springfield, and Amherst. Worcester County coverage extends through Worcester, Fitchburg, and Leominster. Southeastern cranberry country pickup includes Plymouth, Wareham, and Carver.
