Missouri agriculture spans from the corn belt north through the cattle and hay country of central and southern Missouri to the Bootheel's rice and cotton fields. The northern counties — Atchison, Holt, Nodaway, and Worth — extend the corn belt into Missouri. The Bootheel parishes of Pemiscot, New Madrid, and Dunklin produce rice, cotton, and soybean similar to the Arkansas and Mississippi Delta. The Ozarks support some of the nation's largest cattle operations along with hay and pasture.
Tractor donations from Missouri reflect the state's regional diversity. John Deere combines and row crop tractors come in from northern Missouri and Bootheel grain operations. Case IH cotton pickers from the Bootheel are routine donations. Massey Ferguson and New Holland tractors arrive from Ozarks cattle and hay country. Vintage Farmall, Allis-Chalmers, Oliver, and Minneapolis-Moline tractors from Missouri's farming heritage accepted alongside modern equipment.
From large row crop tractors to compact utility units, combines to skid steers, every type of agricultural equipment donated from Missouri is accepted — running or not, with attachments or bare, stored in a field or in a barn.
TractorDonations.org runs pickup across Missouri. Northern Missouri routes include St. Joseph, Maryville, Kirksville, and Hannibal.
