Nebraska ranks among the top U.S. states for corn, beef cattle, and soybeans. The Platte Valley and southeast Nebraska anchor the state's irrigated corn and soybean economy. The Sandhills — Cherry, Brown, and surrounding counties — host one of the largest contiguous cattle ranching regions in the world, where ranches measure in tens of thousands of acres of native grass. The Panhandle adds dryland wheat, sugar beet, and dry edible bean production. Eastern Nebraska supports dairy alongside the row crop economy.
Tractor donations from Nebraska heavily feature John Deere row crop tractors and combines from the corn and soybean country, Case IH high-horsepower tractors from larger irrigated operations, and New Holland balers and hay equipment from the Sandhills cattle country. Massey Ferguson and vintage Farmall tractors from Nebraska farming heritage accepted on the same terms as modern equipment. Hay tractors from Sandhills operations come in regularly given the volume of hay equipment in that economy.
From large row crop tractors to compact utility units, combines to skid steers, every type of agricultural equipment donated from Nebraska is accepted — running or not, with attachments or bare, stored in a field or in a barn.
TractorDonations.org runs pickup across Nebraska. Eastern Nebraska coverage includes Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, and Norfolk. Platte Valley pickup runs through Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings, and North Platte. Sandhills routes include Valentine, Broken Bow, and Burwell. Panhandle coverage extends through Scottsbluff, Sidney, and Chadron. Lowboy transport for combines and high-horsepower tractors; flatbed handles smaller equipment.
Call 1-888-324-2772 or use the Nebraska donation form with make, model, year, and a brief description of condition and pickup location. Most donations confirmed quickly.
